Just My Personal Opinion Just My Personal Opinion — Not Against Anyone These days, I see many young guys going to the gym, lifting dumbbells, taking protein, building muscles, and so on. Up to a certain age, I completely understand it. Staying fit and healthy is a good thing. But as you grow older, the body naturally starts slowing down. Strength, stamina, flexibility and recovery are not the same as they were when you were young. Then I sometimes wonder — what happens when the body no longer agrees with what the mind wants to do? Even in my younger days, I used to go for regular walks. I continued for many years, until I reached a stage where my mind wanted to continue but my body started giving different signals.
