Here’s a super simple 5‑minute breakfast you can make almost every day:
Toast + Peanut Butter + Banana
What you need (for 1 person):
1 slice of bread (whole wheat or regular)
1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
½ banana, sliced
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Steps (≈3–5 minutes):
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a pan until golden.
Spread peanut butter over the hot toast while it’s still warm.
Layer banana slices on top and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
Serve immediately with a glass of milk or water.
This combo gives you carbs from bread, protein and healthy fat from peanut butter, plus fiber and potassium from banana, so it’s filling and still very quick.
