The healthiest way to exercising is no longer about doing the hardest workout—it’s about being consistent, balanced, and safe.


 Don’t push too tough in the beginning. Start with mild things to do like on foot or stretching, then slowly extend intensity.


 Cardio (walking, jogging, cycling) ❤️
Strength education (bodyweight exercises) 💪
Flexibility (stretching or yoga) 🧘 
Exercise many times (at least 30 minutes, 4–5 days a week) alternatively of doing too a whole lot at once.


If you experience ache (not regular tiredness), take rest. Your physique wishes restoration too.


Warm up earlier than workout (5–10 mins)
Cool down after to loosen up muscles
 Drink sufficient water and consume healthful meals to help your body.
